Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are generally considered final. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances as described below.

You paid successfully but did not receive the download link or access credentials within 24 hours.
The product is materially different from what was described on the product page.
The product has a critical bug or error that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to provide a fix within 7 business days.
You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processing error.
You changed your mind after purchasing a digital product that was delivered as described.
The product was successfully delivered and you have already downloaded or accessed it.
The product does not work with a specific tool or platform that was not listed as supported.
The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
If you cancel before any work has begun, we will refund 100% of any deposit paid.

We will review your request within 2 business days and contact you with our decision.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. FPX refunds: 3–5 days. Card refunds: 5–10 days depending on your bank.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and promptly.
Fraudulent chargebacks on products that were delivered as described may result in account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer to exchange your purchase for a different product of equal or lesser value. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
