REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund procedures for digital products and IT consulting services, in compliance with Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999.

01 General Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances as described below. We strongly encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp before purchasing if you have any questions.

Critical bug preventing the product from functioning, and we cannot provide a fix within 7 business days.

We will review within 2 business days and contact you with our decision.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days. FPX: 3–5 days. Card refunds: 5–10 days depending on your bank.

05 Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks on products delivered as described may result in account suspension.
